Apex Care Homes are members of the Registered Nursing Homes Association, have been accredited to ISO 9001 and hold an Investors in People award.

Aims and Objectives of Apex Care Homes
The aim of Apex Care Homes is to provide care to all our Service Users to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of best practice and this will be witnessed and evaluated through quality audits.

The objective of the home is that Service Users shall live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment and be treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities.

Training and Quality Assurance
Individual staff training needs are continually identified through supervision and appraisals and training is offered to meet these needs.

The organisation is accredited as a training centre to provide NVQ training to level 2 and 3 in care.

Also recognised by the NMC to offer adaptation training to nurses from overseas and for this purpose we are accredited with a University and annual educational audits are being under taken by this university.

Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) Action Plan Response
We would be happy to supply action plans which have been submitted to the CSCI following inspection reports.
